It is non-toxic and free of any adverse side effects to the human body, functioning as an efficient nutrient fortifier and lipotropic agent. It can promote fat metabolism and prevent the accumulation of fat in the liver. Classified as a vitamin product, it is widely applied in pharmaceuticals, health products, and food nutrition fortification.
