Choline Dihydrogen Citrate (CDC) is a hydrogen citrate salt of choline (with a choline content of 35%). It is non-toxic and free of any adverse side effects to the human body, functioning as an efficient nutrient fortifier and lipotropic agent. It can promote fat metabolism and prevent the accumulation of fat in the liver. Classified as a vitamin product, it is widely used in pharmaceuticals, health foods, and food nutrition fortification. Due to its high absorbability and low irritation, choline dihydrogen citrate bitartrate has gradually become a replacement for choline chloride and DL-choline bitartrate in the usage for populations such as children and pregnant women.
