Physical property

This product is a flowable white to yellowish-brown crystal or liquid, readily soluble in water and with a fishy odor. It has a melting point of 293°C, is highly soluble in water, and easily soluble in methanol.
 

Product application

Chemically similar in structure to amino acids, betaine belongs to the class of quaternary ammonium alkaloids. With multiple functions, it acts as a methyl donor, offering effects such as promoting human fat metabolism, alleviating stress, regulating osmotic pressure, enhancing appetite, and stabilizing vitamins.
